During the Congress of Vienna.
Minister Johann von WESSENBERG will reply upon receipt of the agreed communication from Baron Wilhelm von HUMBOLDT. It is up to the Baron to ensure that matters proceed without delay. Schlegel will speak again to His Excellency Baron von Wessenberg so that he may press the matter with the Prussian envoy. He would like to know whether the Act of the Congress can be obtained in Paris. ‘The reply from Minister von Wessenberg will follow immediately once he has received the agreed communication from Baron von Humboldt. If, therefore, you wish to expedite the matter, I ask you to bring this to the attention of Baron von Humboldt, as it is entirely up to him to ensure that it proceeds without delay. – I shall, however, not fail to speak to His Excellency Baron von Wessenberg once more on the matter, so that he may himself bring it to the attention of the Prussian Ambassador. […] Is the Acte du Congrès not yet available from Schoell in Paris?”
