12mo, 78 pp. Burgundy morocco decorated with a large mosaic foliage design on the top cover, faux-ribbed spine, author and title in gold, double gold fillet on the headbands and footbands, multiple gold fillets framing the endpapers, gilt edges, original illustrated red cover preserved [Marius Michel] (a few foxing spots). 

An illustrated edition featuring a frontispiece and wood-engraved illustrations within the text by Clément Bellenger, based on works by Daniel Vierge.

A print run of 500 copies, including 150 special editions on China and Japan paper; this is no. 43 on China paper.

Engravings accompanied by a black-and-white suite, also printed on China paper.

In a fine morocco binding signed by Marius Michel.
