The letter will be delivered to her by Mr LEVERT, former Prefect of Marseille, ‘a most devoted and distinguished man. He must discuss with you the steps that need to be taken with General CHANGARNIER to keep him on my side. I ask you to arrange a meeting for him with the General’...
