Large 8vo, (2) folios, XX-184 pp., (2) folios. Modern burgundy half-morocco, raised ribbed spine, title and author’s name in gold, gilt head, cover and spine preserved (spine slightly faded, slight scuffing to the corners, interior fresh).

Peacock-blue morocco, spine with ornate raised bands, author, title and date gilt, gilded iron-bound compartment with a red mosaic circle, triple gilded fillet bordering the covers, double gilded fillet on the edges and caps, two gilded roulettes and a triple gilded fillet on the inside, gilded edges on marbled paper, cover preserved [L. Magnin] (minor scuffs on the footed corners and the tail cap, transfer from the front cover to the title page, very few foxing spots). New edition, limited to 500 copies. A fine copy.

Orange morocco, ribbed spine, title and author’s name gilt, date and place stamped on the tail, ornate panels, triple gilt fillet framing the covers, double gilt fillet on the edges and caps, interior lace, gilt edges on endpapers, cover preserved [Chambolle Duru] (spine faded, slight rubbing on the caps and corners). A lovely edition with etchings after Arcos, engraved by Nargeot, in a signed morocco binding.
