Wool velvet on wool foundation.
An anthracite field with flowers, gems, small "S", hourglasses and animals, supports sixteen stylized polychrome "scorpions", adorned with geometric flowers on stems and "S". Their contours are crenellated. The main fuchsia border features a series of oak leaves and multicolored stylized trophies. Two serrated counter-borders. Rare Caucasian provenance and beautiful palette.
