hallmark (2nd standard) and an illegible silversmith’s mark. Total weight: 70 g.
– two knives with mother-of-pearl handles. One has a vermeil blade hallmarked ‘Vieillard’ (2nd standard). Gross weight: 72 g. The other has a metal blade decorated with niello work depicting floral scrolls.
Presented in a custom-made wooden case with marquetry decoration featuring borders and an inscription on the lid: ‘Dejeuner’.
